Happy New Years everyone. I can't believe that another year has come and gone. I also can't believe I'm saying this but I'm kind of sad to see '08 go =[ This year has been good to me, so lets have a re-cap of things that I thought was great, things that made me happy, things I didn't expect, things that made me sad, and things that changed my life.

1.) I started '08 single.

2.) I became super close to Gregory.
3.) I learned to love myself.
4.) I cut my hair.
5.) I learned that I could make it on my own.
6.) I made new friends.
7.) I fell in love.
8.) I got my first job, and quit it.
9.) I got a gpa over 3.5.
10.) Me and my brother Artie became closer then ever.
11.) I became a God-Mother.
12.) I think I figured out my life's purpose.
13.) I got my iPod touch, 360, and nice tv.
14.) I learned to care about a person more then myself.
15.) I saw the election of the first black President.
16.) Hehe, I learned that I think that I may want to work for Diddy!
17.) Getting my nose pierced and my parents actually letting me keep it.
18.) Having my first real sleepover with a guy. (haha, and a few more since then)
19.) Seeing some amazing movies (Ironman, Hancock, The Dark Knight)
20.) I lost two important people. R.I.P. Mel and Tiff.

Ight, so let move on to the things that I look forward to in '09.

(this list may be longer)

1.) Making more memories with my Gregy is definitely at the top. (Jerk+Punk=Amor)
2.) Spending my 20th birthday in Disney World with Gregy.
3.) The first black Disney Princess. (Princess Tiana in the Frog Princess)
4.) The 6th Harry Potter movie.
5.) Transformers 2 Revenge of the Fallen.
6.) Getting to know myself better.
7.) Getting a job (a good one I hope).
8.) Hopefully reconnecting with some of my family.
9.) Getting tatted.
10.) Becoming a God-Mother again. (I can't wait for my Cookie Natalie Charina)
11.) Hopefully catching a few plays that I really want to see on Broadway.
12.) Continue to do well to so that I could get that internship that I really want.
13.) Hopefully getting the entire Postsecret series.
14.) Letting things go.
15.) Change a life.
16.) See mi vida (my brother Artie) graduate from high school.
17.) Hopefully get Pogo-Armani a brother or a sister.
18.) Obama's inauguration.
19.) Lose more weight.
20.) Take another strip aerobics class.
21.) Have an amazing Valentines day.
22.) Hopefully finish 1 of my 2 amazing books. (shiiiiit, if I could have one published by December that would be great. 20 years old and a NYT's best selling auothor-ette? Now that's a bad ass bitch.)
23.) Hopefully get my license by March.
24.) Have a whip by December. (those cabs to co-op are expensive and the bus/train takes forever.)
25.) Learn how to not care so much.
26.) Stop letting my emotions get the best of me.
27.) Learn how to say the word NO!!!

Kay, so that list is long. But chea, those are some things that I'm looking forward to. I'm so looking forward to this year. Mayne this is so cliche but it's a new year so it's a new me. I'm still going to be my same ole amazing self, but with a few changes here and there. I see great things in my future. I love my life and the people in it. The ones on and off line. The best part of '08 for me was Gregory. He is amazing. My Jordans on a Saturday <3

So lets all toast to a new year.
I hope that '09 is everything that you hope it will be and more.
I have this feeling that '09 will be one of the best years of my life.
HaHa, I'm like beyond ready to see what this year has in store. If it' anything like '08, I'm in for on hell of a ride.
